Data you can trust, sealed when it’s logged
Every entry bundles the photo, TethraAI's read, where and when it was taken, the asset and who logged it, and seals them together with one fingerprint. Each entry also carries the fingerprint of the one before it. Change or remove anything later, and it shows.

What can LogIt log today?
Power: generator readings and fuel receipts. A crew member photographs the panel, TethraAI reads the amps on each leg and the voltage, and they confirm it before saving. Hours come from each power-on and power-off, and fuel receipts are read the same way. Power is where LogIt started, and we're widening it to more of what a set logs in the field. If there's something you'd want captured, tell us.
Do crews need to install an app or make an account?
No. LogIt Capture opens in the phone's browser from the sticker. Crew sign in with a four-digit PIN that their coordinator emails or hands them. There is no account and no setup on the phone.
What does TethraAI read?
The panel, as its display shows it. The crew member confirms the amps on each leg and the voltage before saving, and the full read stays on the record and in the export. It reads fuel receipts the same way.
What if there's no signal on set?
The reading waits on the phone and sends once it's back in range. One thing worth knowing: a reading only counts once it reaches LogIt, so if a phone is lost before it finds signal, whatever was still queued on it is gone.
What happens when a reading looks wrong?
Flag it for review with a short reason. Nothing is deleted: the row stays in the ledger and in every export, marked as flagged, and the reason stays attached to it.
Can we export before wrap?
Yes. The production office can download its ledger at any time, as often as it likes, as CSV or Excel. Every download is a bundle with the ledger, its evidence file and a manifest.
What happens at wrap?
Request wrap from LogIt Studio and we close the production: the ledger closes, the stickers retire and every PIN stops working. The production stays readable and exportable for at least 30 days after wrap. Download the whole ledger in that time; we don't promise to keep it longer.
Can we have the data deleted?
Yes, when you ask. We remove the production's records, photos and asset registry, and keep only a receipt that it happened: the production's name and dates, the record count and the fingerprints of its last record and its export. Our database provider's rolling backups clear within 7 days. Nothing is ever deleted on a timer.
Can we check the records without you?
Yes. Every export row carries its hash and its link to the row before it, so a broken link shows. For a full check, a studio admin's bundle includes the complete evidence file, and we'll hand you a small program that rechecks every record from it on your own machine. It needs no internet connection and never contacts our systems.
